Severe Weather Shelter Network

The Severe Weather Shelter Network is a group of churches partnering with the community to provide emergency, overnight shelter for people living on the streets on life threatening cold nights. The general criteria for a cold weather night is 32º with moisture in the air and 20º on a dry night October 1 – April 30.
