They are responsible for developing, staffing, and managing the preschool program year-round. Our worship style is modern, with an occasional hymn, and is led by a mix of worship team staff and skilled volunteers.
About Our Worship Pastor Position
We value innovative ideas, collaborative communication, and excellent implementation as we serve our staff, volunteers, and church. The Worship Pastor will provide leadership in these areas to the worship & media staff, skilled vocal and instrumental volunteers, and contractors.
The ideal candidate shepherds our Worship Team with a pastor’s heart to cultivate the worship experience. They collaborate with our Lead Pastor and teammates about service elements and excel at planning and execution. They communicate effectively with leadership colleagues, administrative support, and volunteers to implement effective processes.
Experience & Education
We seek a Worship Pastor with at least 5 years of experience, who has cultivated worship at similar-sized churches.
