Worship Experience
Our Mission is to help people become faithful followers of Christ. We believe Biblically-based sermons and Christ-exalting worship are primary ways to grow our relationship with God. Our worship style is modern, with an occasional hymn, and is led by a mix of worship team staff and skilled volunteers.
About Our Worship Pastor Position
We value innovative ideas, collaborative communication, and excellent implementation as we serve our staff, volunteers, and church. The Worship Pastor will provide leadership in these areas to the worship & media staff, skilled vocal and instrumental volunteers, and contractors.
The ideal candidate shepherds our Worship Team with a pastor’s heart to cultivate the worship experience. They collaborate with our Lead Pastor and teammates about service elements and excel at planning and execution. They communicate effectively with leadership colleagues, administrative support, and volunteers to implement effective processes.
Experience & Education
We seek a Worship Pastor with at least 5 years of experience, who has cultivated worship at similar-sized churches.

Executive Pastor of Operations
Job Description:
The Executive Pastor of Operations (XDO) leads and oversees all operational aspects of FBC, working closely with the Lead Pastor, Executive Pastor of Ministry, and elder and deacon teams to implement the church’s mission and vision. This role manages and supervises the Administrative, Communications, Facilities, Finance, and AVL Tech operational staff and functions, providing spiritual and organizational leadership. The XDO is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of ministry resources to support FBC’s ministry objectives. The deadline to apply is April 30, 2025.
